This is a role for compliance, where you will review and identify risks of ongoing engagements, find out the process gaps and escalate risk flags to senior management, and help the team to close out those gaps.

 

In carrying our diligence on prospective and active engagements you will synthesize multiple sources of data, both internal and external to the firm, and work with stakeholders to develop actionable guidance, help navigate uncertainty and identify ways to mitigate risk. Creating reports, Dashboard, presentations and communications to leadership and management team on regular basis.

This will include managing engagements, tracking metrics, weekly reports.

 

 

· Experience in reviewing contract with customer is preferred.

· Good experience with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word). Should be aware of making presentations in powerPoint, doing analysis and making graph in excel, creating various process documents.

· Experience is quality related activities with engagements with clients.

· Good to have exposer with Cyber security related work and engagements.

· Negotiating and convincing skill is mandatory.

· Candidate should be self-motivated and should have strong focus to improve compliance posture.

· Graduate/Post Graduate degree.

· 7-15 years of professional experience in complex problems related to business risk, research or analysis

· Experience or strong interest in due diligence, risk management and compliance

· Experience in or aptitude for mastering risk-related data sets and technology solutions are beneficial

· Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

· Ability to operate with limited information and oversight, comfort with ambiguity

· Highly collaborative attitude and interest in working as part of a diverse and dispersed national team.

· Strong personal presence, resilience and credibility

· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment; ability to prioritize and balance competing, time-urgent demands across multiple time-zones
