The Team

As part of the Value Creation Services team, we offer a wide range of services, with projects tailored to a client's individual needs.


We provide dedicated support throughout the deal / transaction lifecycle from initial evaluation through the post deal support for clients across industries and markets.


We bring deal experience, post deal support and transformation diagnostics to benefit delivery programs across the value chain for private equity and corporates. Our services provide clients a tailored focus to seamlessly transition their acquisition/divestment with minimalistic disruption as well as help them generate value through cost and cash optimization and revenue growth. Typically, this involves an in depth analysis of the financial and operational aspects of the company to identify any potential risks and preserve value enhancers of the deal.


Our core services include post deal integration and synergy identification, carve out advisory, operational due diligences including HR consulting and IT diagnostics, start-up advisory and performance improvement, working capital and cash management. We often work on cross service line engagement that help our people to build wide network across the firm


Work you’ll do


As an Assistant Manager in our VCS team, you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations.


The role will include the following activities:

  • Assisting large multinationals clients, private equity houses to other corporates and promoter driven businesses Z
  • Developing an understanding of the company business and its drivers
  • Provide insight into the target to assess real-world capabilities, performance, concerns and potential
  • Performing analysis on data provided and arriving at conclusions / identifying issues
  • Developing quality deliverables within agreed timelines, briefing Manager/DM accordingly
  • Assisting with preparing client proposals and research


As you progress, the role will get more challenging and include the following activities:

  • Work on a variety of transactions across industries
  • Work with some of the most intellectually stimulating clients
  • Support the delivery of value from the company post acquisition / divestment including reviewing the company’s standalone cost base and the complexity of integration / separation
  • Support in deploying a proven performance improvement approach, leveraging powerful industry and functional knowledge to design, plan and deliver robust cost and performance programs
  • Support in focusing on cash management in situations where pressure exists to improve a business’ cash position





  • MBA from a reputed institute/ Chartered Accountant (qualified in first or second attempt preferred) with good academic background
  • 3-5 years of relevant post qualification work experience
  • Prior experience in project and stakeholder management, corporate strategy, deal exposure, financial and market analysis, would be an advantage
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in using Excel and MS Office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong client-facing and internal communication skills
