Brief Job Description
Overview:
Looking for a seasoned professional with a passion for leading and delivering leading transformative solutions in the domain of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM). The ideal candidate should have over 15+ years of post-qualification work experience in a customer or partner facing technical role (e.g., Solutions Consultant, Product Manager, or similar) working with SaaS or consulting companies, with demonstrable depth of experience in SaaS implementation, strategic account management, value delivery, learning & development & process optimisation.
A performance-driven professional with excellence in client engagement; set up project delivery strategy, operations readiness, and internal controls in the organization.
Detailed work description:
1. Lead business development and demand generation for the CLM solution
2. Work closely with internal teams and that of the Alliance Partners to identify prospective clients, assess opportunities, develop proposals, make product demonstrations, and leading negotiations to grow the business and acquire new clients
3. Lead the implementation of the CLM solution with the help of a team consisting of a project manager and business analysts/change managers/lawyers and the team of the alliance partners, and ensure all implementations are successful, stay on schedule and within budget and meet defined objectives.
4. Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders across the Client’s organization to gather business requirements and ensure the design and configuration of the CLM system aligns with the business objectives of the Client.
5. Lead the change management effort for the Client’s stakeholders to adapt to the solution and provide requisite trainings and support through the course of the
6. Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the success and efficiency of the CLM system.
7. Anticipating and addressing customer service requirements
8. Monitor and optimize the CLM system over time and make necessary changes based on feedback and evolving organizational needs
The candidate should possess excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills with a
consistent track record of leading and building high-performing teams capable of delivering solutions leveraging technology. A candidate with prior experience in leading support sales/pre-sales and implementation of Contract Lifecycle Management solutions shall be preferred.
