Senior Consultant / Manager SAP Human Resources

JOB TITLE:                               Senior Consultant / Manager – SAP HR

JOB SUMMARY:                        Responsible for implementing SAP HR submodules OM (Organizational Management), PA (Personnel Administration) and PY (Payroll) and providing Support on an ongoing basis to all Deloitte India and its cluster countries (Mauritius, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh). Also, should have expertise in PCR (Personnel Calculation Rule) and Schema of India Payroll.

Location: Mumbai/Bangalore/Pune/Delhi

  • Position reports to:     Manager/Associate Director – SAP HR

  • Role:                            Individual contributor



  • Will be required to work on SAP rollout projects activities including data migration.

  • Change request & providing support to existing productive functionalities.

  • Act as an SAP HR expert and works closely with end users to address their queries.

  • Well versed with Payroll Configuration.

  • Expertise in PCR and Schema.

  • Analyse symptoms, define the problem and provide the solution.

  • Effective problem management & consulting skills.

  • Deliver Solutions according to SLAs.

  • Complete documentation e.g. Functional Specifications, Configuration Documents, User Manuals, Training Materials.

  • Conduct End User Trainings.

  • Coordinate with other consultants across module and with global team i.e. Level 3 team.

  • Supports testing for global projects





  • Bachelor’s Degree.

  • Certification in SAP HR is a must.

  • Have worked as a consultant in at least 2/3 full life cycles of SAP implementation projects with PCRs and Schema.

  • Should have experience in Inbound and Outbound Interfaces.

  • Have worked in SAP Application Management.

  • Have at least 12 years of functional experience in the area of HR.




  • ITIL processes.

  • Expert in MS Office.
