Solution Identification, Design and Implementation

 

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the design and implementation of RPA solutions using the selected RPA platform. This will involve managing a team of analysts but will also be required to be “hands-on” to some degree.

 

  • Candidate will Be an integral part of Program management team & continually come up with ideas to strengthen automation footprint.

 

  • Understand Process & RPA opportunity in detail & take lead on opportunity assessments and business reviews
  • Lead a team of Technical Architect and automation developers throughout the development process, including assessing automation opportunities, reviewing timelines, and ensuring development meets quality standards

 

  • As part of Project Sprint, play a key role in process improvement reviews to identify opportunities where automation can drive benefits and efficiencies for the business

 

  • Working with the project team and business SMEs break down and analyse existing business processes in detail in order to assess feasibility and to redesign those processes for an RPA supported solution

 

  • As RPA Delivery, responsible for the ongoing support of the RPA Solutions and the quality of service and performance

 

  • Design and maintain high performing service support functions to ensure that RPA solutions are performant and deliver in line with expected service levels

 

  • Monitor, support and control service delivery ensuring that the procedures put in place are effective and properly implemented

Technical Competences

Expertise – Must have

  • Minimum 8 to 9 years of experience as UiPath - Developer with RE-framework
  • Developed and implemented minimum 20 to 25 end to end processes using UiPath
  • Good technical knowledge of automation tools
  • Good logical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Hands on experience with:
    • OCR,
    • Computer vision,
    • Excel Automation,
    • PDF Automation,
    • CSV Automation,
    • Mail Automation
    • UI Automation,
    • Cognitive platforms
  • Hands on exposure in MS SQL
  • Design, develop, and test automation workflows.
  • Build reusable components.
  • Ability to build Custom components if necessary.
  • Identifying gaps in Automation Requirement Document (ARD) and Process Design Documents (PDD)
  • Worked on Solution Design Document (SDD), Module View Diagram (MVD), Data Flow Diagram (DFD)
  • Deploy RPA components including BOTs, code repositories
  • Experience in deploying unattended bots
  • Able to design technical specification documents for RPA Projects
  • Support the launch and implementation of RPA solutions
  • Create process and end-user documentation

 

Qualification:

  • Degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field
  • Knowledge and experience in RPA and Data Analytics essential
