Work you’ll do

As a Process Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the consistent quality and efficiency of our processes. Your primary responsibility will be to monitor, evaluate, and enhance the performance of our operational processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing best practices to drive excellence



  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, implement, and document quality assurance processes, guidelines, and procedures.
  • Conduct thorough and systematic internal audits of various processes to ensure adherence to established quality standards and compliance with requirements.
  • Provide training and support to team members to ensure consistent understanding and application of quality standards.
  • Lead root cause analysis efforts to address process deviations, recommend corrective actions, and track the effectiveness of solutions.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, driving the enhancement of processes to achieve higher levels of efficiency and quality.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and documentation on quality assurance activities and outcomes.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices related to process quality assurance.
  • Verification of audit finding and track to closure.
  • Knowledge of standards like CMMI, ISO 9001:2008, ISO 20000 would be an added advantage.



  • Any Graduate with relevant experience. B.Tech and BE degree will be an added advantage
  • Proven track record of 2-3 years in process quality assurance or a related role in IT industry.
  • Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies, process improvement frameworks, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in using quality management tools and software.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented mindset and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
