The primary role is to make immediate, direct contributions to enhancing our competitive position and performance in ways that are distinctive, innovative, and sustainable.

 

Responsibilities:

 

Proactive Incident Management and Automation

 

  • Hands-on Experience with Proactive incident management tools such as Systrack, Nexthink, etc.
  • Review and ensure endpoint agent health compliance.
  • Identify system problems and develop innovative solutions to improve processing efficiency and stability.
  • Should have in-depth knowledge of Windows OS and services.
  • Analyse endpoint logs using the endpoint analytics tool and proactively address any potential issues.
  • Responsible for ensuring that all devices have the latest patches and drivers installed.
  • Review incidents and thoroughly investigate them to determine the underlying cause and address them before they become widespread issues.
  • Reduce time to detect and time to resolve metrics to given targets.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.
  • Troubleshoot L3 issues and provide resolutions.
  • Create supporting documentation for various audiences.

 

 

Modern Device Management

 

  • Experience with co-management (Intune + SCCM / MECM) as part of the modern device management transformation.
  • Plan an Operating System deployment strategy using MECM and Intune Autopilot to implement both Imageless solutions as well as hardware-independent custom images to support multiple hardware types and OS architectures, perform Windows upgrades, driver management, and the certification of new hardware devices.
  • Hands-on and troubleshooting experience on Intune configuration policies, Device Compliance, Conditional access and endpoint protection policies, Windows Defender, Bitlocker, Windows Hello for Business, etc.
  • Experience in setting up Intune-based Software Distribution, Patch Management, Windows as a Service, and Driver Management processes.
  • Provide health and performance insights as well as trend analysis using Azure monitoring, endpoint analytics, etc.
  • Troubleshoot L3 issues and provide resolutions.

 

Candidates should have:

 

  • A clear understanding of ITIL processes and relevant tools.
  • Good-to-have certification in modern desktop management.
  • Basic understanding of Azure AD, DHCP, DNS, Network, etc.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills.
