The team

The Marketing, Brand, and Communications (MB&C) team is responsible for building Deloitte India’s brand eminence, ensuring a consistent tone of voice, and managing the internal and external communication activities that support the firm’s value proposition. The team comprises brand guardians, public relations experts, event managers, graphic designers, video artists, digital mavericks, researchers, and copy writers.


Work you’ll do

As part of the Marketing team of Deloitte India, you will be responsible for driving and executing marketing campaigns for our key go-to-market and eminence initiatives. You will also support firm level public policy campaigns and help design niche marketing approach.




  • Identify themes, develop, plan, and execute marketing campaigns for our public policy and industry chambers focus along with other Deloitte India business priorities that need go-to-market and eminence activations. This could include the following activities:
    • Create messaging framework for focussed stakeholders.
    • Create Partnership opportunities with business and industry chambers.
    • Build and sustain relationships with key SPOCs in the industry chambers
    • Manage on-ground and digital collaborative events end-to-end from developing invites, mailouts, conceptualisa, and seamless execution
    • Ensure 360 degree integrated campaign for key marketing campaigns
    • Manage an overall calendar of marketing activities for the year and manage marque annual partnership events
  • Ensure brand guidelines and risk compliances are adhered to for all campaigns
  • Maintain regular activity trackers and leadership updates


As a prospective candidate, you should possess:

  • A masters or bachelors in an inter-disciplinary area: liberal arts, communications, marketing, or management, public policy are preferred but a specific subject is not a key criterion
  • 3 to 4 years of experience in managing integrated marketing and communication campaigns
  • Great ideas and are willing to add fresh perspectives to projects you work on
  • The belief in keeping your project deadlines on check
  • Ability to execute projects and deliver on timelines
  • Awesome communication skills (written and verbal) – WOW us!
  • The ability to grasp new information and understand the diverse businesses that Deloitte has
  • The belief that collaboration is not just a buzz word! You have to be ready and excited to work with diverse teams and people from different career levels with commitment, sincerity, and patience
  • Ability to build connects within the industry chambers
  • Great with project management and budget controls
  • Focus on innovative ways of executing campaigns
  • High emotional quotient (E.Q.)
