Position title:

Assistant Manager

Reports to:

Manager/ AD

Major responsibilities & deliverables:

• Liaise between the different stakeholders – leadership team, Industry and sector leaders, account teams to understand data and related requirements, in order to generate reports, dashboards and insights
• Outstanding research, analytical and quantitative aptitude, as well as attention to detail, are required for success in this role
• Supports creation of executive level reports in PPT and Excel for Deloitte leadership
• Develops expertise using Deloitte reporting tools and systems, such as SAP
• Effectively manage multiple tasks according to the level of urgency and importance

Skills Required:

• Should be able to effectively use MS office applications such as Excel (Macros, automation, etc.) for generating reports and doing analysis, PowerPoint for creating dashboards, etc.
• Experience in handling huge amount of data points and in reporting of data metrics
• Confident and clear written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage with a diverse range of individuals across all levels and across the globe.
• Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously
• Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with leadership as well as other stakeholders
• Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
• Knowledge of Tableau/ PowerBI will be an advantage
