BRAZE CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT PLATFORM (Sr Consultant/Consultant)

Work You’ll Do

 

  • As a Braze Marketing Cloud Developer, you will be playing a key role to deliver complex projects from strategy, design and configuration through integration, testing and deployment.
  • The projects that you will be involved would allow you the opportunity to work with some of the most in-demand and newest features of Braze

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES

 

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our marketing team as a Braze Marketing Automation Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for leveraging the Braze platform to drive customer engagement, retention, and conversion through targeted and personalized marketing campaigns. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop, execute, and optimize campaigns that deliver impactful results.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns using the Braze platform to drive customer engagement, retention, and conversion.
  • Segment and target audiences based on user behaviour, preferences, and demographics.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and data teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with business goals and objectives.
  • Monitor campaign performance and analyse key metrics to optimize targeting, messaging, and timing.
  • Implement A/B testing and other optimization strategies to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in marketing automation and leverage this knowledge to enhance our campaigns.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for improving the Braze platform and our overall marketing strategy.
  • Understanding of Braze Profiles, Permission Sets, and Sharing Rules
  • Understanding of Braze architecture and development best practices
  • Knowledge of web services development using rest API, SOAP services, etc. to build custom Inbound/Outbound integrations on Braze platform.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  •  Years of experience in marketing automation, with a focus on Braze or similar platforms.
  • Proficiency in using Braze platform features such as segmentation, automation workflows, personalization, and analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment.
  • Proven ability to work creatively in a problem-solving environment.
  • Desire to work in an information systems environment
  • Great communicator, capable of articulating and collaborating confidently with various departments.
