- 5+ years of experience in leading and managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & operation support project as SCM Consultant.
- Work directly with clients to implement D365 F&O and strong working knowledge across key SCM modules and Microsoft products.
- Products and Inventory, Workflow Management
- Procure to pay, Order to cash
- Warehouse & Transportation management
- Master planning, demand and supply forecasting
- Intercompany trade
- Enterprise Asset Management
- Data migration, data management and FastTrack go-live assessment
- Using Lifecycle Services to design and plan a project
- Work collaboratively with other functional & technical project team members to ensure successful & timely implementation
- Actively drive requirements gathering, analysis, design, implementation & testing phases of the D365 Finance module suite
- Experience of rollouts, deployments, upgrade.
- Experience of SLA based support.
- Data migration, data management and FastTrack go-live assessment
- Experience of working on incident management tools .
- Work with offshore team in India and guide them with issue resolution.
- Ability to manage requirements/scope and risks appropriately.
- Ability to identify risks, issues, find solution and plan/manage them.
- Good at client interactions, able to set & manage stakeholder expectation.
- Good presentation and communication skills.
- Good experience of working in multi-vendor environment.
- Flexible with work hours. Should be okay with Onsite-Offshore Global Delivery Model and Travel (if required)
