Work you’ll do as a Senior Consultant

 

As a Senior Consultant in Organization Transformation (OT), you will be expected to perform the following activities within the firm:

  • Manage project tasks independently, and direct, coach, and supervise the efforts of consultants and analysts basis the nature of assignment.
  • Lead a project team with guidance from Manager/Sr. Manager/Director.
  • Collaborate with different stakeholder teams to develop Change and Learning content deliverables that meet the needs of the client and contract.
  • Maintain and expand client and internal stakeholder relationships through delivery of high-quality work.
  • Contribute to and manage new business proposals, client presentations and end to end proposal development.
  • Manage and seek personal and professional development for self, including expansion of consulting skills and experiences.
  • Lead the execution of the day-to-day plan set forth by the Deloitte Human Capital team lead.
  • Provide implementation assistance as required.
  • Lead/Contribute to practice building and other internal practice initiatives – additional responsibilities.

 

Work you’ll do as Learning (Instructional Design) professional for Change Management

 

As Learning (Instructional Design) professional at Deloitte, you will work with internal stakeholders or directly with the clients to manage and support Learning interventions for large scale transformational and other change management projects.

Your role will involve:

 

  • Leading/managing high-quality Learning interventions, such as training approach and strategy, needs analysis, training curriculum, vILts,  expert led trainings, self-paced trainings, digital learning products, performance support tools, etc. that are tailored to project briefs and requirements basis the agreed timeline.
  • Independently overseeing conceptualization and delivery of design projects
  • Managing Learning projects or deliverables to a business-ready standard, with limited oversight.
  • Being an excellent communicator and actively participating in discussions with the team or directly with the client to suggest newer ideas and path breaking designs
  • Develop content and directs creative execution to provide a consistent, targeted, and impactful message.
  • Contribute ideas for new programs, researching and recommending innovative branding techniques.
  • Measure and analyze current learning efforts
  • Align and use appropriate images, typography, graphics, and layouts for the project basis the client’s brand guidelines.
  • Enable and manage design research, storyboarding, brainstorming, and design reference sessions with the team and project stakeholders.
  • Stay on top of the competitive design landscape to better understand the client’s objectives and industry trends and share these insights with the design team.

 

Skills Required

 

  • Creative and innovative mind-set.
  • Good knowledge of technology transformation projects.
  • Good knowledge of ERP applications, such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, SalesForce, etc.
  • Strong hold on MS Office (suite).
  • Basic knowledge in Adobe Captivate/Articulate Storyline 360/SAP Enable Now.
  • Outstanding verbal, written communication skills and ability to develop persuasive messages based on the information provided.
  • Ability to take initiative, interact with all levels of management and think strategically and artistically.
  • Excellent time and project management skills, including the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time.
  • Relevant work experience of 5 to 7 years or more as a Instructional designer, digital content creator or related role preferably with corporate.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating your passion for designing clean and creative designs or collaterals.
