Job Title:  Consulting - DCM - AMC - Sitecore - Senior Consultant

Key Accountabilities

Design, develop and implement new templates, components, and responsive web pages/sites in Sitecore to support the expansion of the core Sitecore platform Work closely with the Digital Producers and/or Marketing organization on the implementation of new capabilities including Sitecore Experience Platform, Sitecore Content Management Solution etc.

Carry out the development of the assigned project adhering to the engineering standards/best practices, security, committing to the agreed timeline, and ensures quality metrics are met Integrate internal and external applications using APIs Provide consulting and technical guidance to the Digital Production Team including System Integrators/Service Providers on the Sitecore CMS platform

Prepare technical and other documents related the core platforms as required Perform technical onboarding of the new employees or Agencies on the core platform Share new tools, technology standards, and technical learnings on Sitecore CMS platform with the engineering teams

Skills / Experience Required

5-9 years of IT experience in the development of scalable consumer facing digital solutions (consumer websites, web applications, mobile sites etc.) in NET/ C# / MVC with a key focus on performance, security, and scalability 3-6 years of hands-on Sitecore solution development experience with Sitecore versions 10.0 or higher required.

Experience developing using the Helix design principles Experience upgrading consumer facing websites from Sitecore 8.x to Sitecore 9.x or 10.x is a plus. Experience setting up Sitecore instances local environment. Personalization features in Sitecore is a plus. Strong experience with one of the search technologies is desired: SOLR, Lucene.

• Sitecore Professional Developer Certification is a plus
• Good insight with front end development using JavaScript (jQuery plus Node, Angular, or React), CSS, and HTML required
• Experience with HTML5, Bootstrap, Foundation for mobile/responsive design will be a plus
• Experience working on an agile team adopting DevOps and CI/CD
• Experience with Cloud ecosystems including Azure, Sitecore Cloud or AWS is a plus
• Technically strong in Sitecore Content Hub to manage large volumes of digital assets and setting up and configuring modern enterprise level digital asset management system
• Experience in Planning strategy ,Content management and curation, publication, personalization, and feedback of analytics can be managed within Content Hub.
• Good knowledge in working in Sitecore Digital Asset Management(DAM),Sitecore Marketing Resource Management(MRM),Sitecore  Content Marketing Platform(CMP)
