The team
 

Deloitte’s Operations Transformation services are your entry point on the Operation Transformation journey, setting the goals, pace, and direction to fit your business objectives. Services include readiness, strategy, business case development, architecture and planning, governance and policy, and operating model transformation.
 

Scope of work

 

As a practitioner, in our Consulting practice, you will have the opportunity to build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the goal of exceeding client expectations. Here is an overview of your responsibilities:

 

  • Understand existing processes and facilitate change requirements as part of a structured change control process
  • Experience of architecture, design, and implementation of complex, highly available and highly scalable solutions
  • Experience in a broad set of technologies related to IT infrastructure and cloud to drive the adoption of Cloud in enabling the transition from traditional platforms to cloud-ready architectures.
  • Solve day-to-day issues arising while running robotics processes and provide timely resolutions

 

Minimum Experience and Qualifications:

  1. B. Tech/BE/MCA or MSc in Mathematics /Statistics /Operation Research / Computers or equivalent.
  2. Proven minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in ETL development on Informatica/open-source tool, with a strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and data management techniques.
  3. Proficiency in Informatica ETL tools such as Informatica and expertise in SQL, scripting languages, and data modeling.
  4. Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing complex ETL processes in a large-scale national level project.
  5. Experience in design, development, monitoring and testing of data pipelines using Informatica Power Centre.
  6. Hands on exposure in handling of structured/semi structured/Un structured data using big data platform such as Hadoop/Spark/Kafka.
  7. Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain ETL processes for extracting data from various sources, transforming it into meaningful formats, and loading it into the data warehouse.
  2. Design and implement scalable, high-performance ETL solutions that meet business requirements and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document data requirements, ensuring the ETL solutions align with business needs.
  4. Optimize ETL processes for improved efficiency, scalability, and reliability.
  5. Perform data validation and quality assurance to guarantee the accuracy and consistency of data in the data warehouse.
  6. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data quality and ETL processes.
  7. Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends in ETL, proposing and implementing improvements as needed.
