Roles and Responsibilities
Project Delivery:
- Act as the Lead Project manager for managing the complete lifecycle of projects
- Review progress and status of projects and budgets, manage schedules, issues and develop resolutions to meet quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives
- Build and nurture relationship of trusted advisor with the client leadership
- Evaluate project schedule progress and performance and identify developing problem areas
Practice Development:
- Manage complete business development and account management cycle for key accounts
- Identify and convert addressable market opportunities through proactive and reactive business development activities
Team Management:
- Coach, mentor and guide junior team members
Skills Required
- 8+ Yrs of exp Govt consulting, govt or donor agency particularly in healthcare
- Prior consulting / advisory experience in development sector will be preferred
- Strong networks, relationships and eminence in the public sector- Government and Donor Agencies
- Understanding of health sector, public health structures and health programs is mandatory
- Excellent academic credentials for both undergraduate and graduate coursework
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent interpersonal relations and demonstrated ability to effectively manage teams
- Proven analytical skills and systematic problem solving
Qualifications
- Post-Graduation: Master’s degree in Public Health/MBA in healthcare/MHA or related fields
- Graduation: Any (MBBS/BDS preferred)
- Should have relevant experience of 8+ years in the healthcare sector
