Middle Office Macro

Providing end to end support throughout the remediation process. Working alongside senior / experienced stakeholders and to review and close exceptions. Creation and maintenance of robust processes with consistent use of testing allowing stakeholders to be comfortable with the level of accuracy and risk

• To supplement the IBMO Team's current resource; work on the SPOS recon to clear the back log of breaks and issues on this recon. Support the existing team on the testing of the new SPOS recon with the help of the IT team and share necessary feedback with the seniors in the team.
• The update on the breaks and issues will need to be saved on the shared drives and will be discussed on the daily basis with the project leads to track daily progress.
• The allocation of work and the completion will be tracked on a daily basis and will be shared by the project leads in form of daily / weekly MIS to senior management

Delivery specifications will be managed and updated daily and weekly by the seniors within the team and presented to senior management
