    Work you’ll do

     

    As a practitioner, within the Human Resource Transformation, the Individual will be responsible to implement the Oracle HCM system in a global setup and will help configure, implement, and provide production/warranty support. 

     

    Qualifications / Skill

    • Must have strong understanding of solutions, industry, multiple business processes or technology designs across different HR business processes, cross-pillar dependencies, and related application functionalities
    • Good business knowledge in supporting Oracle Cloud HCM modules – Core HR, ORC, Absence & OTL, Talent Management, Workforce Compensation, Benefits, Learn Management & HRHD  (Any 3-4 from above).
    • Good communication & analytical skills and prior experience on client facing roles.
    • Committed to meet deadlines and deliver Quality outcomes.
    • Performs independently to provide quality work products to an engagement.
    • Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to support Oracle products and technology.
    • This role might involve travel and working in shifts 
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and team members.
    • This role will require 100% work from office
    • Candidate with 5+ years of experience and certification in any of the 2 Oracle HCM modules is preferrable.
