Job Title: Consulting - HC: HRT - Oracle Operate - Manager
- Must have strong understanding of solutions, industry, multiple business processes or technology designs across different HR business processes, cross-pillar dependencies, and related application functionalities
- Good business knowledge in supporting Oracle Cloud HCM modules – Core HR, ORC, Absence & OTL, Talent Management, Workforce Compensation, Benefits, Learn Management & HRHD (Any 3-4 from above).
- Good communication & analytical skills and prior experience on client facing roles.
- Committed to meet deadlines and deliver Quality outcomes.
- Performs independently to provide quality work products to an engagement.
- Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to support Oracle products and technology.
- This role might involve travel and working in shifts
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and team members.
- This role will require 100% work from office
- Candidate with 7+ years of experience and certification in any of the 3 Oracle HCM modules is preferrable.
