Work you’ll do

 

As a Senior Consultant in our Consulting team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performance Engineering and Management– DynaTrace Product suite, AppDynamics, CA APM, HP Product Suite.
  • Customization, Implementation and Administration of APM tools for various technologies including Java , .net and Cloud Platforms
  • Working exposure on analyzing performance bottlenecks and implementation of monitoring infrastructure/apps in all environments.
  • Hands on experience on various market leading APM tools,  involvement in Techno-Presales
  • Activities and Solution Designing of various Enterprise IT Performance Management Products
  • Work with project managers, application developers, quality assurance and customers to resolve technical issues.
  • Solution designing experience of Enterprise performance solution in distributed environment covering conceptual, technical, operational and business aspects.
  • Good exposure of presenting and demonstrating Application Performance Management to the prospective and existing clients.
  • Ensure optimally performing production applications by establishing application and transaction SLAs for performance.
  • Implementing proactive application monitoring, alarming and reporting, and ensuring adherence to and measurement against defined SLAs.
  • Work closely with Development Leads/Architects on designing/implementing code optimizations.
  • Provide technical consulting and mentoring to team members on optimization techniques, new algorithm design, implementation and conformance to architecture standards.
  • Provide for proactive performance issue identification and root cause analysis.
  • Produce performance testing workload definition and analysis, factoring in known or projected volumes and transaction mix, to ensure coverage of critical business transactions
  • Train and mentor the team for cross skilling

 

Required Skills:

  • 6+ Years of experience in Performance Testing and Engineering
  • Experience in Customization, Implementation and Administration of APM tools ( DynaTrace, AppDynamics )
  • Debugging performance issues and optimizing
  • Building APM Onboarding framework to monitor applications
  • Conducting Tools Evaluation and comparison reports
