Your work profile

  

As a Manager in our BPS Tax team, you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations. You will: 

 

  • Experience in supervising a team of AM / executives involved in Procure to Pay (P2P), Order to Cash (O2C) and Record to Report (R2R) processes and maintenance of books of account in accounting software like Zoho, MS Navision, SAP or Oracle.
  • Proficient in management reporting including preparation of periodic financials and related reports and reconciliations, maintaining fixed asset register, payroll accounting, etc. 
  • Proficient in GAAP compliance (IndAS, IFRS, US GAAP) and Statutory Reporting (Schedule

III). Knowledge and experience of technology tools such as Thomson Reuters’

ONESOURCE Statutory Reporting or WDesk from Workiva will be an additional advantage.

  • Strong knowledge and experience in managing various tax compliance such as TDS and GST. 
  • Knowledge and experience in automating various finance and accounting processes will be an additional advantage. 
  • Knowledge and experience in implementing appropriate internal controls. 
  • Experience in liaising with auditors/banks /clients 
  • Experience in managing clients independently and developing sound business relationship 
  • Industry specific knowledge (Manufacturing, Real Estate, Power, Investment Funds, etc.) will be an additional advantage.
  • Helping team in Business development on the client managed by the employee. 
  • Should be a self-starter to and a focused individual to take the service line forward.  

 

Desired qualifications

  • CA / ICWA - 6-8 Years of Experience in Accounting and Finance, TDS compliances, Payroll 
  • Strong Technical knowledge 
  • Analytical skills & conceptual clarity     Eye for Details & Innovation thinking. 
  • Time and cost management skill 
  • Managing & Leading large Teams
