Job Title:  T&T - ETP - SCNO - PLM- Teamcenter developer - Sr.Consultant

Teamcenter Sr.Developer 4-8 Years

• Be a member of the Teamcenter developement Team responsible for the planning, configuration/customization, documentation and implementation of Teamcenter, and other mechanical design tools.
• Will assist in the design of the database architecture and be involved in the customization and integration of recommended PDM/CAD tools for all Engineering processes.
• Knowledge of Teamcenter Data Model.
• Knowledge of Teamcenter Service Oriented Architecture (SOA).
• Client Side and Server-side customization.
• Knowledge of BMIDE Codeful Customization and Web services
• Will investigate and troubleshoot Teamcenter application and recommend appropriate action.
• 5 - 8 year’s work experience demonstrating knowledge and experience in the administration of all phases of Teamcenter.
• Experience with Active Workspace configuration and customization.
• Experience in C, C++, ITK, Java, Java script, .Net.
• Experience with Stylesheets, working with HTML panels in XRT for Active Workspace configuration.
• Must have strong interpersonal and service-oriented skills with the ability to interface well with engineers, vendors and other staff members at all levels.
• Requires excellent problem solving, oral and written communication skills.
   

Qualifications
 

• Bachelors’ degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related program from a 4 year college or university
• Multiple years of experience in similar manufacturing business environment supporting PLM systems.
• Involved in usage of Teamcenter consisting of full change management, systems engineering, and structure management modules.
• Clear understanding of core elements of Teamcenter solution and its interdependency with ERP systems.
• Strong understanding and experience of working with SDLC development methodology.
• Good communication skills at various levels throughout the organization.
• Good knowledge of data modeling, process flow, use-case development.

• PLM Products
• Teamcenter with Change Management, Structure Manager, Systems Engineering, Active Workspace, Manufacturing and other code modules.
• Programming Skills
• .Net, C++, Java, Javascript, Shell Scripts, Perl, XML, PLMXML, Teamcenter ITK, Teamcenter SOA Services, BMIDE, JBuilder, SQL
• Prior Web Development experience in .Net

Teamcenter Analyst 1- 2 years

Teamcenter Consultant 3- 5 years

Teamcenter Sr.Consultant 6- 8 years

• Teamcenter with TC versions- TC 12 and above
• Strong functional knowledge on TC Modules like- My team center, Workflows, Structure manager, Change Manager, Classification, Report builder, Query builder, Access Manager, Product Configurator, Manufacturing Process Planner, Easy Plan (in bold must have)
• Ability to transform the business requirements to functional scenarios with the help of use case, state, sequence diagrams and develop functional requirements.
• Strong understanding of Teamcenter data model, 2T/4T architecture with exposure to AWC/EWI- AWC
• Should have good understanding of change management and change implementation process from identifying change in problem report to implementing changes in Change Order.
• Good Knowledge and hands-on relational databases- MSSQL server
• Good understanding on CAD integrations like NX/SWIM/TcAI/IPEM and functional integration of third-party web-based applications

Bonus Points If

• Knowledge on any other Integrations- T4S, Anark, MSOffice Integrations will be added advantage.
• Nice to have implementation knowledge on - ITK, C/C++, Perl, client-side customization, SOA services, BMIDE configuration, Dispatcher configuration and customization.
