As an Assistant Manager in our Cyber Team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: -

Key Responsibilities:

- PMO, ensuring successful implementation of project management strategies and best practices.
- Develop and maintain project management frameworks, standards, and governance processes.
- Provide guidance and support to project managers and teams throughout project lifecycle.
- Oversee project delivery, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets.
- Establish and maintain a portfolio management system aligned with strategic objectives.
- Monitor and report project performance to senior management and stakeholders.
- Manage resources effectively, including capacity planning and allocation.
- Foster continuous improvement within the PMO, implementing process enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders for project communication and alignment.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to PMO staff for professional growth.
- Plan, execute, control, and close projects independently.
- Apply AGILE or PRINCE2 methodology for medium to large projects.
- Create and maintain project plans, including risks, actions, issues, and dependencies.
- Efficiently handle resource planning and task assignment.
- Utilize benefits mapping, risk management, and resource planning knowledge.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project & BI tools.
- Possess line management or team leadership experience.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills for reports and presentations.
- Build lasting relationships, mediate disagreements, and negotiate resolutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Location and way of working
- Base location: Bangalore
- This profile involves frequent / occasional travelling to client locations OR this profile does not involve extensive travel for work.
