Location and way of working-Bangalore

JD -

Consultant role candidate with good hands on exp in SFDC and Microsoft Dynamics D365 CRM (NOT DEVELOPERS).

Basics of SQL and Power BI an added advantage

Preferred location – Bangalore.

Job Duties

• CRM : UDA Reconciliation - run daily w 3 day SLA after Finance UDA 3 day SLA
• Additional NDR View & CM adjustments for Sales Compensation policy
• AA --> CJA migration adjustments
• Assist Sales Compensation team with ad hoc system testing and UAT

Skillsets

• Deep understanding and comfort working with databases (ability to write SQL not required but preferred)
• Can visualize data structures and document as needed (Lucid or similar application)
• Comfortable making recommendations to create new fields or change data structures to aid in data analysis
• Fluent with Salesforce and Dynamics CRMs- object fields and relationships (such as opportunity and OLI), reporting, etc
• Capable of completing data and system analysis to perform testing and sign-off of functionality and make recommendations for improvements or document bugs
