  • Desired qualificationsPractitioner with an experience of 5 - 11 years
  • Conduct thorough assessments, gap analysis to identify client requirements and document those requirements.
  • Design and implement customized UKG WFM solutions aligned with client business objectives.
  • Configure and customize UKG WFM modules to optimize workforce management processes.
  • Create extensive test cases and assist in functional testing and UAT.
  • Provide expert guidance on best practices and industry standards for workforce management.
  • Proven experience in implementing and configuring UKG WFM timekeeping and basic scheduling modules at least 3 customers.
  • Strong understanding of workforce management modules
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Certifications in UKG WFM
  • Hands on experience of Timekeeping and Basic Scheduling (Business Structure, Labor Categories, Pay Policy building Blocks, Accruals, Hyperfinds)


  • Preferred qualificationsHands on experience of Advanced Scheduling and Forecasting preferred.
  • Hands on Experience of Data Hub/ Analytics
  • Additional knowledge of Custom Reporting (BIRT)
  • Knowledge of integration technologies
  • Experience with other HR and payroll systems

  • This profile involves frequent / occasional travelling to client locations OR this profile does not involve extensive travel for work.
