About the Job:

We are seeking an enthusiastic SEM Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in the hands-on management and execution of SEM campaigns across various platforms. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for digital marketing and a knack for the detailed aspects of campaign management, such as keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and performance analysis.

Location: Gurgaon

Experience: 3-9 years

Minimum Qualifications: Graduate/ post graduate

Responsibilities:

  • Execute detailed SEM campaigns, focusing on the granular elements of campaign management across Search, Shopping, P-Max, YT, and DV360
  • Perform thorough keyword research and selection, write compelling ad copies, and manage bids effectively to optimize campaign performance
  • Monitor campaign results, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement
  • Manage ad placements, adjust targeting strategies, and conduct A/B testing to enhance campaign results
  • Stay current with SEM trends and platform updates to apply best practices in campaign management
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign strategies are aligned with broader marketing objectives
  • Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, including analysis of traffic, conversions, and ROI

Requirements:

  • 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in SEM, including campaign setup, management, and optimization
  • Experience with managing campaigns across multiple geographies, with an understanding of regional nuances
  • Familiarity with the latest SEM platforms and technologies, including Google Ads, Shopping, P-Max, YT, and DV360
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to derive meaningful insights from data
  • Excellent attention to detail, with the capacity to work on multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Comfortable with early morning shifts starting at 7:30 am to accommodate client discussions as needed
  • Adaptive to new challenges, with a willingness to develop and learn in a fast-paced environment

About the Project:

This position is for a project-based role. Upon successful completion of the project, there will be opportunities to be absorbed into subsequent projects based on performance and business requirements.
