Conversational AI Architect/ Bot Developer

We’re looking for a Conversational AI Architect / bot Developer to join our growing AI and Data team. Our team at Deloitte owns the end-to-end implementation of NLU and Deep Learning based solution.

Responsibilities

• Participate in project design and development stages from the concept to final hand-off to the customer
• Manage the architecture of our solutions and accelerators over a multiple project
• Design the implementation of NLU based conversational solution – Virtual Assistants, Analytics etc.
• Provide technical leadership for project and asset implementations
• Design, develop, debug and deploy conversational experiences and solutions using appropriate platform and tools.
• Participate in creating guidelines, best practices and standards key deliverables
• Independently develop Proof of concepts and prototypes which can help clients visualize the solution impact
• Review implementations of developers and ensure timely delivery of high-quality implementation
• Provide project estimations and plan for client engagements

Preferred Qualification (5+ years of experience)

• Experience designing and implementing conversational bots for various channels (web, WhatsApp, Mobile, Facebook Messenger, SMS, etc.) including development of code on AI platforms and tools (mandatory)
• Experience in designing/developing user-centric conversation experiences involving chat, text or voice.
• Strong understanding of the NLP space and Voice-based processing such as Natural language Processing, understanding, sentiment analysis, Intent classification, dialogue flows, personality insight, Text to Speech, Speech to Text
• Work experience in architecting and building AI powered chatbot applications using platforms such as Microsoft LUIS, IBM Watson, Amazon Lex, Yellow.ai,Google DialogFlow, RASA, Kore.ai, cognitive services or NLP technologies
• Familiarity with ML tools and packages such as Caffe, Torch, TensorFlow, Kaldi, OpenNLP, etc.
• Strong programming in Python, JavaScript, HTML/CSS.
• Strong experience in developing/ integrating with REST APIs and SOAP services.
• Minimum experience using NodeJS framework with good understanding of the underlying architecture.
• Experience of using Git and optionally other version control systems.
• Experience of deploying web applications in production environment.
• Full stack experience UI and UX design experience or insights.
• Good to have Experience of building Single Sign On in web/mobile applications.
• Ability to learn latest technologies and handle small engineering teams
