The Team

Work you’ll do


As Deputy Manager in our Basel implementation squad, you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations.


  • A degree in banking / financial / management / business administration / accounting exposure
  • A working knowledge of Global Markets or Security Services processes and end to end Trade Lifecycle is a must.
  • Risk professional with 4 to 12 years’ combined experience in Banking Operations/Back Office Operations, Global Markets business (FX, Fixed Income and Equities), Operational Risk, Compliance or External/Internal Audit in a banking environment
    • Key Asset Classes: GFX, Equities, Fixed Income ( Debt), Securities Lending,
  • Subject matter expert in Operational risk and control
  • Critical Risk Thinkers. Be able to understand front to back process flow for Markets and apply NFR knowledge to problem solve risk and control issues.
  • Understanding of the key control points and risk inherent in the trade lifecycle
  • Leadership skills with ability to build rapport with and relate to and effectively develop a wide range of people.

What additional skills will be good to have?

  • Analytical mind with Excellent judgment and decision-making skills to identify exceptions in process handling.
  • Ability to drive out details and question procedures employed to deliver quality services.
  • Organised, adaptable and self-driven to achieve collective information both formally and informally from Subject Matter Experts.
  • Should be able to identify emerging areas of risks and design solutions to mitigate risk.
  • Data Skills (e.q. SQL, MS Access, Data Visualisation e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qliksense, Alytrex etc.) are added advantage to use the new ways of working
  • Excellent relationship builder with strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and exacting standards.
  • Ability to present information and recommendations to senior stakeholders.


  • Location: Bangalore or should be ready to relocate to Bangalore
  • Working: Hybrid working ( 2-3 days in office) – Bellandur area of Bangalore
  • Expected CTC Bracket: 16 to 30L
  • Notice Period: Preferred max upto 45 to 60 days. Extremely good candidates with 90 days is fine
  • Total number: 10-12 roles
  • Level – Senior Conultant, DM, AM and Manager



  • Graduates (B.Tech / B.E) with relevant experience can also be considered.
  • M.Sc.IT, MBA, M.Tech, MCA,  Any PG
