As an Assistant Manager/ Deputy Manager in our Talent-Technology Team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: -
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management:
- Plan, execute, and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Develop project plans, including timelines, milestones, resources, and budgets. Monitor progress and make adjustments as necessary.
- Identify and manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies to address potential impacts.
- Ensure effective communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and changes.
- Scrum Master Duties:
- Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Guide and support the development team in agile practices, helping them to adhere to Scrum principles and processes.
- Remove impediments and resolve conflicts to ensure the team can focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
- Work closely with the Product Owner to ensure a well-defined and prioritized product backlog.
- Team Leadership and Collaboration:
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment, encouraging continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
- Mentor and support team members, providing guidance and feedback to enhance their performance and development.
- Coordinate with other project managers, scrum masters, and departments to ensure cross-functional alignment and resource management.
- Process Improvement:
- Assess and improve project management and agile processes, implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate project success and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging practices in project management and agile methodologies
Desired qualifications
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master certification) are preferred.
Experience:
- 4-6 years of experience in project management and/or scrum mastering, with a track record of successfully delivering projects in an agile environment.
