Job Description: Program Manager – CEO’s Office

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Program Manager to join the CEO Office. In this role, you will be responsible for managing key strategic initiatives, driving cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring the successful execution of projects that align with our company’s objectives. You will work closely with the CEO, executive leadership team, and various departments to streamline processes, enhance communication, and facilitate the achievement of organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Initiative Management: Lead and manage high-impact strategic initiatives from conception through execution, ensuring alignment with the firm’s goals.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a liaison between the CEO Office and various departments, fostering collaboration and ensuring that project objectives are met.
  • Project Planning & Execution: Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, monitor progress, and report on key metrics to stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing regular updates and facilitating discussions to address challenges and opportunities.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for operational improvement and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the organization.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze data and generate reports to support strategic decision-making, providing insights that drive actionable outcomes.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Support the CEO: Assist the CEO in day-to-day operations, including preparing presentations, managing schedules, and coordinating high-level meetings.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably within a professional services or consulting environment.
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects and initiatives with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in project management and analytical tools and software (e.g., MS Excel, MS Project, Power BI etc.).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong bias for action with a collaborative mindset and steadfast focus on achieving results.
