- CCAI GenAI QA will do stress testing of the Generative AI features in DF as well as testing of regular DF flows and their integration to Gen AI
- Testing will be done on Dialog Flow or as otherwise requested by Google
- Ensure design test cases for a use case and ensure coverage
- Understand SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle) and STLC (Software Testing Life Cycle)
- Understand SDLC and STLC with respect to bot development
- Test the chatbot before deployment Unit testing, Branch/flow testing, Regression testing, Integration testing
- Prepare for Deployment of Chatbot into production
- Ability to manage both Short Term and Long Term plans for testing
- Communicate to stakeholders on Bot Deployment strategy and ensure clarity of insights from the QA process
