Work you’ll do

 

As a Deputy Manager in our Forensic & Disputes team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations. You’ll:

 

  • Independently generate new business opportunities with potential customers at all stages of the sales cycle to include targeting, prospecting and presenting employee background screening propositions.
  • Work effectively with senior officials in HR department and C-Level decision makers, i.e., CFO, CTO, VPs and Directors, to develop long term business relationships.
  • Prepare and present powerful, persuasive sales presentations that effectively demonstrate the value proposition of Deloitte’s Employee Background Verifications services.
  • Develop and maintain a robust lead pipeline toward targeted entities to continuously grow the business and generate sales.
  • Effectively manage large scale, complex contracts negotiations and close new business deals with potential customers, working closely with the Partner and Director.
  • Collaborate with service delivery team to ensure successful implementations.
  • Maintain consistent sales growth by continuously establishing new accounts and maintaining existing accounts.
  • Develop and execute a strategic business plan that meets or exceeds established sales goals and supports Company revenue and profitability targets.
  • Attend conferences and professional association meetings and promote Deloitte’s Employee Background Screening services.
  • Other tasks and projects as assigned.
  • Participate in team and client meetings and travel to client locations as required both within the country as well as overseas

 

 

Qualifications

 

  • Graduate or MBA in any specialization with minimum of 2 years’ experience in business development for Employee Background Verification company.
  • Should have strong interpersonal and communication (both verbal and written English).
  • Excellent academic track record
  • Strong client interaction and negotiation skills
  • Strong excel and powerpoint skills
  • Strong analytical bent of mind and structured problem solving approach
  • Adaptability to a dynamic environment often accompanied by shifting priorities and stringent deadlines
