Job Description – Support Engineer for Testing Product
The ideal candidate will be part of a team that will be supporting a Deloitte India built Test automation product. As part of this team the candidate responsibilities would include
- Responding to user queries in a timely and accurate way
- Identifying user needs and helping users use specific features
- Analysing and reporting product malfunctions
- Setting up the tool in the user environment
- Debugging and troubleshooting issues
- Escalate and monitor issues that require major changes to development team
- Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members
- Inform users about new features and functionalities
- Follow up with users to ensure their technical issues are resolved
- Gather user feedback and share with stakeholders
Requirements:
- Experienced in customer support or similar roles.
- Test automation domain knowledge is an added benefit
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Location: Bangalore only, would work from office for the first 3 months at least.
