The Team

 

The Digital Excellence Centre is responsible for building products and platforms for Deloitte India that focuses on providing extraordinary customer experience by putting design thinking with trailblazing technology in the center of what they do. The diverse team consists of subject matter experts, technology specialists, quality engineers, user experience researchers & designers, data scientists and product managers

 

Your work profile

 

As a Executive in our DEC Team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: -

 

 

Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will be part of a team that will be supporting a Deloitte India built Test automation product. As part of this team the candidate responsibilities would include

 

  1. Responding to user queries in a timely and accurate way
  2. Identifying user needs and helping users use specific features
  3. Analysing and reporting product malfunctions
  4. Setting up the tool in the user environment
  5. Debugging and troubleshooting issues
  6. Escalate and monitor issues that require major changes to development team
  7. Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members
  8. Inform users about new features and functionalities
  9. Follow up with users to ensure their technical issues are resolved
  10. Gather user feedback and share with stakeholders

  • MS Office  Skills
  • Project management skills
  • Excellent internal and external Stakeholder Management skills

 

Desired qualifications

  • Graduation
  • Graduation from Eng. Background Preferred

Location and way of working

  • Base location: Bangalore
  • This profile does not involve extensive travel for work.
