As an AM or DM at Conflicts/Independence team, you would be involved in work which makes An Impact that Matters. You would be involved in activities that help develop and deliver support to client facing teams in onboarding clients and engagements swiftly as well as monitoring activities. About Our Team
The Conflicts team is a central team which assists the engagement team in the client and acceptance procedure. The team works closely with the business and function across service line to provide them evaluation of the conflicts. The team works on the set procedures and policies provided by Global team.
You’re Role
As a Conflict check/independence AM/DM, in Enabling Areas, you will be part of the dynamic Risk and Reputation Office, comprising a group of risk and compliance professionals. You will build and nurture optimistic, professional working relationships with our internal clients and with various teams within the Risk and Reputation Office, with the intention to exceed client expectations.

- Provide an excellent customer-oriented attitude and experience to the clients (internal teams) by guiding and offering them the most appropriate solutions about the process.
- Be able to work within a team environment, lead a large team, which deals with multiple activities; coordinate with Clients, Management and Team members.
- Exhibit excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactively look for areas to improve, come up with innovations in process, device the plans and execute them.
- Ability to match the given situations with the policies and find practical and workable solutions within the four corners of the policies.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, accuracy and drafting
- Be committed to self-development, seeking to understand own strengths and weaknesses, has self-confidence and a sound work ethic.
- Manage strict deadlines of the project handled.
- Demonstrate strong task management skills and should be able to work with limited or no supervision.
- Be able to assist in the process of management activities like dashboards, MIS reporting’s etc.
- Reviewing work of junior team members
- Monitoring activities – review of EAT process, issuance of reports and related activities
Qualifications
- Qualified CA /CS (preferably CA)
- Must have minimum 1-3 years (for AM) or (3-5) years for DM experience in Compliance and Risk Management
- Strong Command over English both spoken and written as a language.
