Your work profile

 

We are seeking a dynamic, tech-savvy and experienced Manager/Associate Director/Director to join our Innovation Team who is passionate about technology and the impact that it can make for our clients and internally for us. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales enablement through product demonstrations, client presentations, and strategic sales planning. This role will work closely with our Digital Excellence Center (DEC) to promote technology products and assets developed within the firm, facilitating their adoption in our pursuits and delivery services. The candidate must have a proven track record of managing teams, strategic IT product/services sales experience, and a strong educational background in MBA or Engineering from a reputed institute.

 

Responsibilities:

As a Manager / Associate Director / Director in the Innovation team, you will be responsible for defining standards and executing tasks associated with managing projects. You will be:

  • Working closely with the business teams to execute the firm’s innovation agenda while reporting to the Chief Innovation leader.
  • Facilitating engagements with project teams, management and stakeholders
  • Creating detailed data insights, program reports and presentations for the leadership
  • Ensuring consistent implementation of innovation methodology, tools, and reporting at country, regional & global level
  • Facilitate internal functions in creation of business case for new solutions development using innovation and next-gen technologies. Decent understanding of next-generation technologies like AI, ML, RPA, etc. is a plus.
  • Continuously building and strengthening relationships with business & internal stakeholders

 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Enablement:

  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our solutions, highlighting key features and benefits.
  • Work with the DEC and BU-Asset team to understand asset propositions.
  • Develop customized proposals that align with client requirements.
  • Help create marketing and sales collaterals, sales plans, and pitches.

2. Client Engagement & Support:

  • Act as a technical liaison DEC and Business teams, providing ongoing support and resolving any technical issues or concerns.
  • Develop strong relationships with Business teams/LCSPs/LCPs/CSMs to understand their needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Participate in client meetings and discussions to present asset propositions and address client inquiries.

3. Collaboration with Digital Excellence Center:

  • Work closely with the DEC to understand and promote technology products and assets.
  • Facilitate the adoption of these products within various business units and delivery services.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase awareness and utilization of these assets.

4. Leadership & Team Management:

  • Lead and manage a team of professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Provide mentorship and development opportunities for team members.
  • Drive performance and ensure high levels of engagement and productivity within the team.

5. Stakeholder Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the firm.
  • Act as a liaison between business teams and the DEC to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Communicate effectively with senior leadership on progress, challenges, and opportunities.

6. Innovation & Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous innovation.
  • Identify and implement best practices for sales enablement and asset adoption.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement within the team and the broader organization.

 

Requirements:  

  • MBA or Engineering degree from a reputed institute.
  • Must have 8+ years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a consulting or professional services environment.
  • Strong track record in sales enablement and driving innovation.
  • Excellent understanding of technology products and their application in business.
  • Strong analytical, complex problem-solving, conceptual skills, task prioritization, follow-up, tenacity, creativity and service orientation skills
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to translate business needs into actionable plans.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

 

Location and way of working

  • Base location: Bangalore
