Work you’ll do

 

The primary role of a Seniro Consultant is to make immediate, direct contributions to enhancing our clients’ competitive position and performance in ways that are distinctive, innovative, and sustainable.

To do this, one must perform the following activities as a Consultant within the firm:

SAP TM Professional should have:

  • Project Delivery Responsibilities (may include some or all of the following):
    • Manage workload and priorities to deliver agreed upon project milestones and objectives set by the business unit or function.
    • Prepare high and detailed estimations of effort in order to achieve a preferred solution.
    • Collaborate and support other team members during requirements, design, build, and test phases.
    • Provide subject matter expertise in one or more system or applications.
    • Provides input to staffing plans at the project-level to identify key / required skills.
    • Holds project team resources accountable to their deliverables and ensures project execution.
    • Lead and mentor less experienced staff.
  • Other Requirements
  • Project demands may from time to time require work during non-standard business hours. An example would be during a system implementation at a plant which can happen only during scheduled downtime.

 

  • Required Qualifications
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
    • 7 years business experience or related experience on medium to large scale projects.
    • Proven record of interacting with multiple business units or functional teams.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to communicate technical and business information effectively to both technical and non-technical people.
    • Demonstrated conflict resolution skills.
    • Ability to understand our business, work across business units, be a team player and work in a team-oriented environment.
    • Experienced working with ambiguity and a fast paced and changing environment.
    • Strong problem solving/decision-making skills.
    • Experience leading, persuading and influencing others, including senior level internal and external personnel .
    • Established skills in identifying and developing strategies to address change management issues.
    • SAP or ERP the following areas: Supply Chain Execution, Transportation Management

 

Functional Experience SAP Transportation Management (TM)

Should have exposure to SAP Embedded SAP TM in S/4HANA
Should be knowledge in SAP TM Master Data Management Product, Business Partner, Dangerous goods Transportation network (locations, routes and zones) Resources (Vehicles, trailers, Handing units)
Order Management and Master Data
Planning - Selection Profiles and Planning Profiles, conditions Optimizer Planning, schedules
Freight Execution Carrier selection and Tendering
Cost Distribution
SAP TM business process: Inbound and outbound Shipments (Domestic and International) Transportation Load Builder (FTL, LTL Package Builder (Mix Product packing and Layer building)
Shipper scenario with all modes of transport Road, ocean, Rail and Ocean Modes of transport
Ocean & Air Freight Order Transpiration Planning (Freight Units, Freight proposal and Freight Orders)
Transportation Execution (Carrier Selection, Tendering, Delivery and Shipment proposals)
Freight Settlement (Charge Management, Charge Calculations, Fright Settlement,)
Integration with other SAP modules like SD, MM, FI, Event Management, GTS, EHS, EWM

 

 

Eligibility criteria and requirements:

  • Bachelors: Commerce/ Science / Engineering background from a premier institute preferred
  • 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in management or consulting oriented environment
  • Willingness to travel for short and long term durations
  • Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Willingness to travel for short and long term durations
