Work you will do.

 

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Murex Business Analyst. We are looking for candidate who understand Murex framework and architecture along with understanding of Business and key activities that needs to be performed. Below are the key responsibilities that are part of the role: To do this, must perform the following activities within the firm:

Liaison with all the stakeholder to understand the requirements, document, and walkthrough, align with the dev team and manage change.

2. Translate BRDs to FSDs with Murex configuration

3. Able to visualize and explain solution using OOO Murex features as well as capability to design client specific custom solutions

4. Able to design use cases and scenarios, as well execute them

5. Be able to perform RCA and defect fixing on the issues raised by the users

6. Follow best Murex practice, releases, and patches.

Qualifications

 

  1. Hands on relevant Murex experience of 4-8 years as BA
  2. Experience on latest Murex 3.1 version
  3. Understanding of asset classes like, Swaps, FX, Fixed Income to mention few. Complete end to end asset lifecycle understanding.
  4. Ability to calculate numbers on spreadsheet and finding the difference between system generated number and spreadsheet.
  5. Functional and hands on experience on at least 4 of the Murex Modules Should have a good understanding of the Functional Processes.
  6. Well-developed business acumen
  7. Strong problem-solving skills.
  8. Strong sense of ownership and accountability of tasks with attention to detail
  9. Willingness to travel for short- and long-term duration.

  • MLC
  • COL (Collateral Management)

  • Murex Workflow Management

 

  1. Back Office Module Experience with Below key areas
  • Confirmation and Settlements
  • Workflow (MWM)
  • Reporting (MRP)
  • Accounting
  • Reconciliation (MRE)
  • Static data management (MSD)

 

  1. Middle Office / Risk Modules experience with below key parameters.
  • Risk and Compliance Module
  • PnL and Performance attribution modules

 

  1. Functional Certification of Murex is added advantage.
