Oracle CX - VBCS Senior Consultant
Role / Responsibilities/ Skill Required
- Knowledge in Oracle CX – Fusion Sales & Service
- Knows all the standard templates available in Oracle Digital Customer Portal & knows how to customize
- Very strong in integrating with CX & external components / systems
- Provides a roadmap to maintain good quality of customer data using Customer Data management.
- Lead a 10-member team
- Design, Development, guide in the implementation and testing Oracle Fusion Sales & Service application
- Understands & guides in configuration of Oracle Fusion Service CX components
- Understands requirements & creates a Service management footprint covering all aspects
- Good Knowledge in Application & Page Composer
- Understands & guides in configuration of Groovy script
- At least 3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion Sales & Service implementation cycles or Project experience.
- Familiar with the use of Agile / Scrum methods in a sprint environment
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript a must
- Provide Solution for customizations/integration in CX UI / custom UI
- Interact directly with customers and peers across Oracle in arriving at optimum solution
- Gather functional/technical requirements in CRM-CX
- Perform Quality Assurance at the unit and system levels
- Always provide good technical and business advice to the customer with respect to the final solution and its successful adoption
- Experience of integration between CX and non CX/third party applications using OIC/SOA/ODI preferred
- Experience in SOAP/REST APIs and JSON data processing
- Knowledge on VBCS/OJET framework - a must
- Appreciation of UI experience.
- Should have handled at least 1 project involving complex UI customization
Education & Experience:
- BE, BTech, MBA, MCA, CA or equivalent preferred. Other qualifications with adequate experience may be considered.
- 5+ years relevant working experience
