Oracle CX Cloud Consultant

Roles / Responsibilities / Required skills

1. Strong Marketing Cloud (Responsys / Eloqua) knowledge and concepts.
2. At least 5 end-to-end implementation cycles or Project experience.
3. Familiar with the use of Agile / Scrum methods in a sprint environment
4. Having good experience in design and hands-on delivery experience in implementation of Oracle Responsys, Eloqua & Unity (including behavioral intelligence), Oracle Content Experience cloud, Oracle CX Cloud Fusion Services
5. Create and maintain appropriate documentation for architecture, design, technical, implementation, support and test activities. 
6. Ability to relate the product functionality to business processes, and thus offer implementation advice to customers on how to meet their various business scenarios using Marketing Cloud (Responsys/Eloqua).
7. Technically good Skills in Rest APIs, SOAPAPI, Event API, Integration Apps.
8. Strong problem-solving skills.
9. Strong Customer interactions and service orientation so you can understand customer’s critical situations and accordingly provide the response, and mobilize the organizational resources, while setting realistic expectations to customers.
10. Strong operations management and innovation orientation so you can continually improve the processes, methods, tools, and utilities.

12. Strong learning orientation so you keep abreast of the emerging business models/processes, applications product solutions, product features, technology features – and use this learning to deliver value to customers.

Education & Experience:

• BE, BTech, MCA, CA or equivalent preferred. Other qualifications with adequate experience may be considered.
• 2+ years relevant working experience
