Finance & Performance is a set of offerings that assist finance executives with assessing their finance strategy and vision, and helps design and implement change to their finance organization, process and systems to improve the overall value of finance.

An Anaplan Consultant in our Anaplan Practice will be responsible for being an integral part of delivering Anaplan Solutions for our clients. This role requires technical expertise to create Anaplan models, ability to handle different data sets and upload them into Anaplan and good functional business understanding. This role also entails participating in teams to estimate project tasks, elicit requirements from clients, design the application, complete design documentation and conduct end user training.

Work you’ll do

The primary role of a BA is to make immediate, direct contributions to enhancing our clients’

competitive position and performance in ways that are distinctive, innovative, and sustainable.

Manager frequently mentor one or more junior team members.

To do this, BA must perform the following activities:

• Manages a small to medium-sized team of project managers who are the primary contact for internal clients and groups within the organization for projects that are small to medium in scale.
• The Team is responsible for end-to-end project management activities such as project reporting, project planning, issue/risk identification and tracking, scope management, estimation, client management, relationship management and other project documentation preparation.
• Serves as a liaison between internal clients and other stakeholders to ensure delivery of small to medium scale projects on time, within budget, and to specification.
• Manages communication with the business at a detailed functional level and discusses/resolves issues.
• Manages client expectations and ensures project delivery is in conformance with company methodologies.
• Proactively manages a small to medium-sized team of project managers.
• Provides guidance on business and technical subject matter to associates.
• Manages projects via creation and maintenance of project plans, work breakdown structures, schedule effort estimation and tracking.
• Conducts status meetings and facilitates issues resolution and risk mitigation. Recruits, directs, motivates and develops staff, maximizing their individual contribution, their professional growth and their ability to function effectively with their colleagues as a team.
• Recommends enhancements to project management tools/techniques and company methodologies.  
• Manages a small to medium-sized project management team. Responsible for the achievement of team goals and objectives. 

Skills Required

• Experience in Banking and Financial Services is a must. Should have led / played significant role in end-to-end digital transformation programs in Agile environments
• Retail Banking wealth management o Retail lending, and investing concepts o Mortgage o Credit Card processes o Contact Center Optimization experience – IVR, Browser changes under Digital channels o Branch optimization
• Payments: under any Retail and commercial exp
• Experience: 5 to 8 years of experience in business analysis.
• Education: 4-year Degree related to IT
• Location: Bangalore/Hyderabad/Pune
