Work you’ll do
The primary role of a Senior Consultant is to make immediate, direct contributions to enhancing our clients’ competitive position and performance in ways that are distinctive, innovative, and sustainable.
To do this, one must perform the following activities within the firm:
SAP ABAP
- Candidate should have 7+ yrs of rel. exp. in SAP ABAP preferably with with ODATA and/or BTP.
- Min. 3 E2E implementation exp in S/4 HANA pref on Rise with SAP platform.
- Hands on strong experience in designing and building interfaces, reports, enhancements and Adobe Forms. Knowledge and experience on good coding practices and troubleshooting. Strong soft skills, written & verbal. Enhancements, Reports & Interface exp is must
SAP EWM
- Candidate should have Minimum experience of 7 to 9 years as an individual and independent contributor in implementing SAP EWM (RF/Mobile devices, pick, pack, cross dock) in SAP S/4 HANA environment
- Should have done minimum 1 to 3 End to end implementations in S/4 HANA IS Retail environment. (Added advantage if the experience consists of implementation on Rise with SAP S/4 HANA platform)
- Large size data Migration & cut-over experience is a must
- Hands on experience and understanding of implementing interdependencies with SAP Finance and Logistics modules
- Carry out SIT, UAT, Performance Testing, user training sessions
- Preparation of high-quality project documentation / work products
- Strong understanding and knowledge of Retail industry business processes
SAP CAR
- Candidate should have 7 to 9 years of relevant experience in implementing SAP CAR (POSDTA, OAA, AMR, MPR and UDF) as an individual and independent contributor,
- Minimum 1 to 3 End to End implementations in S/4 HANA environment (Added advantage if the experience consists of implementation on Rise with SAP S/4 HANA platform).
- Hands on experience and understanding of implementing interdependencies with SAP Finance and Logistics modules
- Carry out SIT, UAT, Performance Testing, user training sessions
- Preparation of high-quality project documentation / work products
- Strong understanding and knowledge of Retail industry business processes, promotions, and deals.
SAP FICO
- Candidate should have 7+ yrs of relevant experience and individual and independent contribution in implementing SAP FICO core + IS Retail processes.
- Minimum 2 to 3 End to end implementation experience in S/4 HANA environment. (Added advantage if the experience consists of implementation on Rise with SAP S/4 HANA platform).
- Key skills required (AR, AP, GL, AA, Cash & Bank, BCM / Automatic BRS, Tax Accounting, Inventory Accounting, CO-CCA, CO-PCA)
- Experience in implementing India taxation (e.g. GST, Withholding tax etc.)
- Large size Data Migration & Cut-over experience is a must.
- Hands on experience and understanding of implementing interdependencies with SAP Logistics modules – mainly IS Retail, EWM, CAR, MM, SD
- Carry out SIT, UAT, Performance Testing, user training sessions
- Preparation of high-quality project documentation / work products
- Knowledge and understanding of Retail industry processes would be an added advantage
SAP SD
- Minimum 6 to 8 years of experience of individual and independent contribution with SAP IS Retail solution as Consultant in SAP S/4 HANA environment.
- Define, develop, document, and maintain architectural blueprints
- Experienced in at least 1 to 3 end to end implementation and rollout experience in either IS-RETAIL projects
- Have sound knowledge of Materials Management and Sales and Distribution process
- Configuration Knowledge of Available to Promise (ATP) & AATP
- Promotion Management & Analysis Ship from Store, Drop Shipping & 3PL logistic integration, Automated Store replenishment (SAR).
- Merchandising, Assortment & Listing management.
- Should have Strong integration experience with POS and e-Commerce applications
- Extensive SAP Retail design and implementation experience, having successfully executed multiple SAP Retail full life cycle implementation projects.
- Candidate should possess extensive knowledge of IT system integration and the ability to accurately document SAP processes.
- The Consultant facilitates the implementation and support of SAP modules to enhance the client’s business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction. - Must have managed a team of 3 to 4 members.
- Should understand the Implementation Lifecycle including Blueprint phase, Design and Configuration phases, RICEFW Management, Testing (Unit Testing, Functional Testing, User Acceptance Testing) Data Migration Process and Hypercare support
- Should be able to carry out SIT, UAT and user training sessions independently
- Should be able to prepare high-quality project documentation / work products
