Work you’ll do as a Manager

The primary role of a Manager is to be responsible for managing specific sub-work stream (or sub-modules) within a broader project. Manager on engagements report into the team lead/ manager and are responsible for end to end delivery of the sub-work stream allocated to them.

The responsibilities of Manager should include:

• Perform maintenance on existing programs.
• Provide innovative and cost-effective engineering solutions. 
• Participate in knowledge sharing activities.
• Handling team and getting the team involved with each other and work on specific projects
• Hands on experience with ReactJS, SpringBoot / Spring MVC. 
• Hands on experience with MangoDB and any RDBMS
• Experience with cloud services like (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud)
• Strong hands on work experience in Design & development of Responsive Web application
• Experience in Web Services(REST, SOAP)
• Hands on experience with HTML(5), JavaScript, CSS, Bootstrap, Angular (2+), React JS, Vue JS
•  
• Good understanding of object-oriented programming, RDBMS, NoSQL
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• This role involves extensive travel
• Experience with cloud services like (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud)

Good to have skillsets

• Knowledge or implementation experience in Microservices based architecture.
• Kubernetes, Docker containers
• Building hybrid mobile applications (Ex: Flutter, React Native, Ionic )
• Hands on experience in Java/J2EE/Sprintboot/MVC applications/Node JS

Qualifications

Sr. Consultant:  6+ years of experience

Consultant:  3+ years of experience    

Professional Qualification - B.E./B.Tech/MCA/MBA/MS
