We are seeking dynamic Technical Product Manager(s) to join our team and lead the development and management of innovative products leveraging satellite imagery and geospatial data. The ideal candidate needs to have a strong background in product management, with a passion for delivering user-centric solutions in the satellite remote sensing, geospatial data marketplace, image analytics etc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define, develop, and anchor product vision and strategy to the team and stakeholders.
- Research and develop product requirements based on market research, customer feedback, and business objectives.
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with overall company goals and clients’ requirements.
- Responsible for product development in collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, geospatial and remote sensing image analytics engineers, data scientists, developers, cloud architects and designers, to develop, launch and scale new software products and features.
- In depth knowledge of data concepts from modeling, analytics to visualization, AI/ML models for satellite imagery data.
- Implementation of platform integration with APIs as per clients’ requirements.
- Monitor product performance and user engagement metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize and improve the product.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in product development and management roles in satellite imagery analytics platform or geospatial products
- Strong understanding of satellite imagery, geospatial data analytics, and their applications in various sectors.
- Hands-on experience on handling big data and proficiency in tools and platforms relevant to satellite imagery analytics.
- Track record of managing the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch and beyond.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities to effectively collaborate and lead diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and product management tools.
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering / MCA or equivalent .
Satellite data analytics engineer [Remote Sensing & Geographic Information Systems (GIS)]
Job Description:
We are seeking highly skilled Satellite Data Analytics Engineer(s) with expertise in satellite imagery analytics. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing, analyzing, interpreting, and developing visualizations on satellite imagery to derive actionable insights for various applications. This role involves working closely with geospatial engineers, AI/ML engineers, and application developers to develop innovative solutions for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and analyze remote sensing satellite imagery, hands-on experience in Optical / Thermal / Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) images to extract meaningful information.
- Develop and implement algorithms for image classification, object detection, change detection, and other image analysis tasks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate satellite data analytics into applications and platforms.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in satellite imagery analysis and incorporate new techniques into our workflows.
- Provide technical expertise to stakeholders on satellite data-related queries and support for development of satellite imagery analytics products for clients
Requirements:
- 5-8 years of professional experience working on electro-optical/thermal/SAR satellite data image pre-processing/processing and analytics, with a solid understanding of the basics of satellite-based electro-optical/SAR data processing
- Familiarity with Earth Observation remote sensing systems functionality, performance, and product data structures including Multi-Spectral Imaging (MSI), SWIR, LWIR, MWIR, Hyperspectral and SAR.
- Experience with satellite image processing and the ability to handle large-scale geospatial datasets.
- Proficiency in programming with Python, R, C++, or other relevant languages, with a focus on image processing and computer vision.
- Experience in applying Machine Learning models to extract features and make predictions based on orthographic images.
- Proficiency in using databases like PostgreSQL or similar databases.
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience on computer vision libraries and frameworks such as OpenCV, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, specifically for geospatial and orthographic image analysis.
- Strong knowledge of Google Earth Engine, ArcGIS, Trimble or similar products.
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Remote Sensing, Geospatial, or a related field, with a strong emphasis on satellite-based remote sensing data analysis.
