Your work profile

As a Manager in our Cloud Engineering Team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: -

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Data Profiling and determining source data and metadata characteristics
• Document Data Quality dimensions like accuracy, completeness, uniqueness, conformity and consistency based on data profiling
• Performing root cause analysis and data cleansing and developing scorecards utilizing Informatica and other data quality tools
• Designing and delivering a complete Data Quality Audit/Assessment
• Analyzing and providing data metrics to management in order to help prioritize areas for data quality improvement
• Designing and deploying Data quality mappings targeted for Data Quality Cleansing.
• Implementing data quality processes including transliteration, parsing, analysis, standardization and enrichment at point of entry and batch modes
• Collaborating with Business and technical teams to gather requirements around data quality rules, propose the optimization of these rules as applicable & then design and develop these rules with Informatica Data Quality (IDQ)
• Building task workflow scenarios and IDQ scorecards to support data remediation
• Running data quality specific ETL jobs (address standardization and validation, email clean-ups, name clean-up, parsing, etc.) utilizing IDQ
• Ensuring timely & exhaustive documentation of all mappings, mapplets, and data quality rules for the client.
• Good at writing test scenarios, performing unit testing, and verifying the end results with business requirements
• Perform both record-level and large-scale manual additions, adjustments and corrections to continuously ensure overall data quality and integrity

Desired qualifications

• Relevant Experience Required: 9 – 12 years
• Master data/Reference data/Metadata management solution design using Informatica MDM and other data management tools.
• Building MDM repository, Facilitating Data load and syndication
• Configuring the MDM platform from data modeling, business rules, to the front-end user experience.
• Developing MDM solutions for workflows, de-duplication, validations etc.
• Apart from the technical expertise, have a wider view for the Business to convince the client on benefits of MDM, work as a solution architect and business analyst.
• Understanding Business scenarios and converting them to MDM Business logic and converting Business Requirements into Technical Specifications. 
• Perform Unit Tests and aid integration tests
• Excellent knowledge on Informatica platform as a whole and the integration among different Informatica components and services
• Good understanding of Data management & data governance principals
• Experience in ActiveVOS workflow development and configuration in Active VOS Business Entity Services.
• Experience in MDM hub development on all components
• Prior experience on MDM REST API capabilities including search & match.
• Experience in Business Entity Services – External Calls development.
• Hands on Experience in MDM ingestion/ publish mechanism.
• Hand-on experience on MDM Search match API’s
• Strong experience in SQL, PL/SQL, Tables, DB Links, Materialized views, Synonyms, Sequences, Stored Procedures, Functions, Packages, Triggers, Collections and Indexes.
• Working knowledge on Data lineage, Data Security, Data Privacy, Business and technical Metadata management.

Location and way of working

• Base location: Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, Gurgaon, Hyderabad, Chennai, Coimbatore, Kolkata, Bhubaneshwar
• This profile does not involve extensive travel for work.
