The team
 

As a member of the Cloud Engineering  team you will embark on an exciting and fulfilling journey with a group of intelligent and innovative globally aware individuals.

We work in conjuncture with various institutions solving key business problems across a broad-spectrum roles and functions, all set against the backdrop of constant industry change.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Get involved in the pre-sales cycle for new and existing accounts across various industry verticals.
• Effectively present the solution, vision, and roadmap to executives and technical influencers in the targeted customer forums.
• Respond to technical issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Offer guidance in infrastructure movement techniques including bulk application transfers into the cloud.
• Identify the top cloud architecture solutions to successfully meet the strategic needs of the company.
• Cloud infrastructure design and develop detailed architecture models to host test, development, and production environments
• Plan for system and application migration(s) to the cloud, adhering to technical and business requirements
• Develop and document technical designs for integration and implementation of new cloud applications and systems
• Optimize cost of cloud solutions, infrastructure footprint.
• Communicate effectively through strong written and oral communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
• Integrate with non-cloud technologies and third-party vendor products/services
• You will join a Azure Practice team and focus on adding hands-on technical expertise, ensuring outcomes meet the highest technical and agile standards.
• You will act as the SME on Cloud and related technologies for the project delivery team. Strong experience in a multi-disciplined team is critical as is your ability to clearly communicate complex technology solutions.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s or master's degree in Computer Science, Computer/Electrical Engineering or equivalent. Master’s degree preferred. 
• Been certified as an Azure Developer Associate and/or DevOps Engineer Expert.
• Should have minimum experience of 12+ years in Azure Cloud technology.
• Minimum 5+years' experience in Azure and 7+years in DevOps
• Should have minimum 4+years in Azure Architecture
• Proficiency in design and architecture implementation of cloud-based solution Azure - Cloud migration, native and hybrid Cloud Solutions, monitoring KPIs, best practices and recommendations
• Deep understanding of DevOps framework, tools and metrics for build, test and deployment automation – Configuration Management, scalable mode of infrastructure deployment and best practices
• Required experience in CI/CD from the scratch
• Infra deployment tool (Python, Terraform, CF)
• Hands on experience on CI/CD .
• Hands on experience in Kubernetes
• Able to write Docker file and Terraform
• Hands on experience in any Scripting - Bash/Shell Scripting/Python
• Docker container orchestration tools like Kubernetes, also public cloud managed services like AKS .
• Expertise knowledge in Kubernetes architecture and networking.
• Advanced knowledge in provisioning infra using tools like Terraform and also deployment tools like Anicible/Chef.
• Have Good exposure to CI & Build Management tools like Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions Maven Gradle and etc
• Working knowledge in using GitHub Actions as feature for the CI/CD.
• Good hands-on knowledge of automation scripting Python Shell Ruby etc
• System Designing and architecture for the infrastructure and implementation knowledge.
• Version Control for Source Code Management (SCM) tool: GIT/Bitbucket and etc
• Expertise in Linux based systems like Unix Linux Ubuntu and also manage security systems Linux file system permission etc
• Public/Private/Hybrid cloud: AWS Microsoft Azure Google Cloud Platform etc
• Extensive experience with cloud services elastic capacity administration and cloud deployment and migration.
• Good to have knowledge on tools like Splunk New Relic App Dynamics
• Working knowledge with Network protocols and elements - TCP/IP HTTP(S) SSL DNS Firewall router load balancers proxy.
