Work you will do

 

The primary role of a Consultant or a Senior Consultant is to make immediate, direct contributions to enhancing our clients’ competitive position and performance in ways that are distinctive, innovative, and sustainable.

To do this, Consultant or a Senior Consultant must perform the following activities:

Client Management & Project Delivery

The work to be done in this area will include: Understanding client’s (spoken and unspoken) needs / requirements

 

 

Roles and Responsibilities

 

  • Develop and implement strategy for ongoing control, maintenance and enhancement of marketing database process in the Marketo platform
  • Setup, test, deploy, monitor, track and report on Marketo programs and campaigns for email, webinar, tradeshow, advertising, blog, social media, and website activities
  • Creating and building demand generation campaigns within Marketo
  • Communicating with clients to manage expectations, deliverables and modifications to their existing CRM and Marketo
  • Implementing all facets of the various platforms such as lead scoring, lead nurturing, automation, progressive profiling
  • Aware of all new technologies and vendor relationships to enhance campaign performance
  • Understand Customers Digital marketing and experience goals/objectives and recommend how Marketo can address the customer’s pain points.

 

Qualifications

 

  • 5+ Years of experience in Marketing Automation solutions
  • Marketo Expert Certification compulsory & required
  • Strong program development and management skills
  • Knowledge of enterprise systems, Marketing Automation, CRM, and ERP;
  • Experience with Salesforce.com is a plus
  • Self-motivated and self-managed - capable of multi-tasking and accepting change both in tasks and schedule

 

 

Soft Skills

  • Strong documentation, presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to build relationships through objective communication
  • Ability to work with people from different backgrounds – digital, web-dev, creative, strategy and architecture
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, strong interpersonal skills and a good team player.
  • Professional Qualification - BE/B.Tech/MCA/MBA/MS
  • 5+ years of customer marketing, demand generation, and/or other relevant marketing
  • Experience successfully working in fast –paced environment with minimal guidance
  • Flexible, can-do attitude, with ability to thrive in highly dynamic environment
