Work you’ll do

 

The primary role of a Consultant is to be responsible for managing specific sub-work stream (or sub-modules) within a broader project.

 

 Consultants on engagements report into the team lead/ manager and are responsible for end to end delivery of the sub-work stream allocated to them. The responsibilities of Consultant can include:

The Challenge:

As a member of the Worldwide Sales Operations team, you will have the unique opportunity to inspire change, serving in a role to support Sales processes via SalesForce.com and other integrated tools e.g. Power BI CPQ, etc. You will be working on project implementation; enhancements and business process queries on Salesforce.com and other associated apps. You will contribute to the fundamental improvement of internal sales processes at client environment.

You will engage with highly hardworking Sales, Operations, Finance, IT, Marketing and Business Unit professionals to ensure execution of results to plan.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Identify the customer who are out of compliance for the month and create opportunities and assign to the team for creation of quotes
  • Extract renewals which are about to expire in next 120 day and create quote with the agreed uplift value.
  • Update Gainsight transaction to maintain the customer lifecycle.
  • Defect Management - defect logging, tracking, re-testing and closure by extraction of report from SFDC and proactively fix the issues.
  • Churn Analysis of the products for the quarter that help the management in decision making.
  • Creating/exporting required reports from SFDC and raw data compare and maintain the data quality.
  • Running data quality audits, Asset data management.
  • Liaise with Sales team (AMER, EMEA & JAPAC) to resolve cases and work on their queries
  • May support sales enablement group. Resolves problems through research, consulting with internal support teams.

 

Your Key Responsibilities

Working on quotes, Reconciliation, Excel, Coordinate Internally with teams , Focus on details ,Participate in ad hoc projects

 

What you need to succeed:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher preferably in Computer Science with 4+ years

software, high tech, or management consulting experience.

  • Salesforce sales cloud knowledge is must. Sales operations knowledge preferred.
  • Strong analytical and advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, outgoing and confident
  • Knowledge about SaaS products.
  • Must be self-managed, responsive, and able to work in a virtual team environment
  • Focused and driven to meet deadlines for regularly scheduled activities.

Preferably Salesforce Certified Consultant or Salesforce Certified Administrator

  • Expertise of Salesforce.com configuration (approvals, workflows, validations etc.)
  • Knowledge of ETLs like Data Loader & Demand Tools.
  • Experience with data migration activities is helpful
  • Experience working in a sales organization and familiarity with sales processes preferred.
  • MS-Office and Project proficiency.
