•                     Document the requirements to onboard trusted data sources and define the logic to measure in-scope KRI and KPI metrics

•                     Define and document the critical data elements (CDE’s) required to produce MI

•                     Data mapping (ensuring filters, e.g. country, region, product, are mapped)

•                     Interlock IT deliverables to source extracts from trusted source systems

•                     Support IT in defining the requirements and design

•                     Clear road-maps, milestones for delivery using Agile and governance

•                     This will be delivered using the Agile/Scrum framework, therefore writing clear and concise user stories using JIRA to form our Product Backlog is critical, with clear acceptance criteria agreed by the scrum team. Product Backlog must be prioritized in line with stakeholder needs.

Critical Data Element BA

Has proven experience in large financial institutions, ideally Operations, in particular Markets and Securities Services e.g. Foreign Exchange, Derivatives, Securities, Equities, Custody, Funds Administration

•           Understands the trade lifecycle, what constitutes as a risk event and an understanding of key risk indicator metrics (aging, values, volumes)

•           Has 10+ year(s) experience in a senior data business analyst role and has proven experience working with Data/MI. A strong understanding in visualization tooling e.g. Qliksense is required

•           Is fluent in Agile/Scrum methodologies and frameworks, can write advanced user stories using JIRA

•           Strong experience in rigorous UAT testing

•           A strong understanding of Data Visa / Data Sharing policies and principles.

•           Experience in working with Big Data/MI/Business Intelligence teams, Data Analytics background

•           Strong experience in Agile projects, writing users stories and acceptance criteria, managing product backlogs and prioritization

•           Strong experience in executing UAT and ensuring delivery meets the definition of done

UAT Specialist

Role Details

    Assist in the development of an appropriate test cases, test strategy and test approach

•    Implement UAT, raise as appropriate any defects because of testing with UAT Test Manager  

•    Coordinate and engage with cross functional and multi-channel teams

•    Assist in negotiate and influencing others to ensure the effective resolution of issues/problems which may impact the outcome of each release.

•    Support the UAT Test Manager

•    Assist the business parties with the change management activities to ensure successful project implementation

•    Ensure that the system releases proceed successfully with no detrimental impact upon the operational processes
