Job Title: Assistant Manager | IFRS | Bengaluru | Accounting & Reporting Assurance
1) GAAP implementation/conversion : Preparation of GAAP analysis reports for impact areas and development of GAAP transition adjustments after evaluation of accounting methods followed under current GAAP.
2) IPO readiness - Readiness assessments and preparation of Financial Statements in accordance with the applicable GAAP and in compliance with regulatory bodies, implementation of internal controls and processes to enhance financial reporting and mitigate risks and resolving of review comments from regulatory bodies for IPO acceptance.
3) Deal advisory – Pre and post-merger integration and Finance function integration, preparation of financial reporting information and evaluation of accounting practices of the target company and analysis of potential impact post-acquisition.
4) Technical Accounting Advisory - Preparation of management notes on technical views and assessments, learning solutions on various accounting standards and implementation of new accounting standards
5) Fund Accounting and reporting - Includes trade booking, reconciliations, NAV review, capital activity review, funding document preparation etc. and fund financial reporting in accordance with relevant GAAP.
