Your work profile

 

As a Manager in our Forensic & Disputes team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations. You’ll:

As a Government Advisory Manager with an MBA/M. Tech/ M. Plan / or equivalent, you will leverage your unique blend of technical expertise and business acumen to provide strategic guidance and support to government agencies. Your responsibilities will include:

 

  1. Policy Analysis and Development: Conducting thorough analysis of government policies and regulations. Providing recommendations for policy enhancements or new initiatives to address current challenges and future needs.
  2. Infrastructure Planning and Development: Advising government officials on infrastructure projects, including transportation systems, utilities, ports and public facilities. Collaborating with stakeholders to develop comprehensive plans that prioritize safety, sustainability, and community needs.
  3. Project Management: Evaluating the feasibility, cost-effectiveness, and impact of infrastructure / urban infrastructure projects. Overseeing project management activities, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation, to ensure timely completion and successful outcomes.
  4. Procurement Management: Assistance in the preparation of the NIT/RFX/PO/LOX for Consulting/Non-Consulting Services and Works. Assistance in conducting the Pre-Bid Meetings, preparing response to Pre-Bid Query, bid evaluation and award of work. Overseeing the Contractual compliance of the work being carried out and issuance of the correspondences as per the contract, to ensure adherence to the schedule and time completion of the works being awarded.
  5. Stakeholder Engagement: Engaging with stakeholders, including community groups, industry associations, and regulatory agencies, to gather input and address concerns related to infrastructure projects. Developing communication strategies to keep the client informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
  6. Data Analysis and Decision Support: Utilizing data analysis to assess the potential impact of on economic growth. Providing decision support to government officials based on data-driven insights and predictive modeling.
  7. Team Leadership and Mentorship: Leading a team of advisors and analysts with diverse backgrounds and expertise. Providing mentorship, training, and professional development opportunities to foster a culture of continuous learning and excellence.

Desired qualifications

  • MBA/M. Tech/ M. Plan / or equivalent from a reputable institution.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience after post-graduation in infrastructure planning/implementation/Management, or related fields, preferably in a government advisory or consulting role.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and synthesize actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Leadership qualities, including the ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve shared goals.
  • Commitment to upholding the highest ethical standards and promoting transparency and accountability in government decision-making.

Location and way of working

  • Base location: Gandhinagar (With possibility of travel within and outside the state)
  • This profile involves frequent travelling to client location
